1. Overview

The Single Shaft Dust Humidifier is a continuous forced mixing and humidifying equipment specially developed for dry industrial dust materials. Different from twin-shaft models, it adopts a single main shaft design with staggered wear-resistant mixing blades. High-pressure atomizing nozzles spray quantitative water into the sealed tank, realizing full integration of water and dry powder during material conveying. This equipment completely eliminates secondary dust pollution during discharging, transportation and stockpiling. Featuring a compact body, simple layout, uniform humidification rate and low operating power, it is the cost-effective choice for medium and small dust treatment projects.

2. Working Principle

Materials enter the sealed mixing tank from the top inlet. The motor drives the central main shaft with helically arranged mixing blades to rotate stably. Meanwhile, the water supply system delivers pressurized water to multi-group atomizing nozzles, forming fine water mist inside the chamber. As materials are pushed forward by the rotating blades, dust particles fully collide and combine with water mist to achieve even wetting and agglomeration. The humidified materials are discharged from the outlet without flying dust, realizing environmentally friendly conveying and stacking.
